Great way to start your day with many great health benefits!

Ingredients: 

1/2 CUP LOCAL HONEY
1 tbsp ground fresh ginger
1 tbsp ground fresh tumeric
1 tsp ground black pepper (black Pepper helps your body absorb the healthy tumeric.)
fresh lemon

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients except lemon and refrigerate.
Add a spoon full to a cup of hot water and squeeze some fresh lemon into your tea. 
Enjoy!
