Honey Glaze for Chicken

Ingredients: 
  • ½ cup (125 mL)  100% Ontario honey
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Prepared Mustard
Directions: 

Cook roughly 2.25 lbs (1Kg) of chicken pieces coated with flour, salt, and pepper in a heavy frying pan for about 15 minutes on medium heat,

Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken.  Continue cooking, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes, basting occasionally.

4 to 6 servings
