Makes 4 - 6 servings.
7 medium carrots
2 tbsp. Â (25 mL)butter
1/4 cup (50 mL) 100% Ontario Honey
1/4 tsp. (1 mL) salt
1/4 tsp. (1 mL) thyme or dillweed
Peel and cut carrots into slices or thin sticks. Cook in a small quantity of boiling water until tender-crisp (about 10 minutes). Drain. Add butter, honey, salt and thyme to carrots in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until glazed, about 5 minutes.
