Honey Ruby Red Grapefruitade

Ingredients: 
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) 100% Ontario Honey
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Water
  • 6 cups  (1.5 L or 1,500 mL) fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
  • 2 cups (500 mL) sparkling rosé, chilled (optional)
Directions: 

Bring honey and water to boil in a small saucepan, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and let cool.

Combine juice and honey syrup in a pitcher (or cover and refrigerate for up to three days). Add rosé before serving. Serve over ice.
