Makes 4 servings.
1 pouch onion-mushroom soup mix
1/4 cup (50 mL) 100% Ontario Honey
1/4 cup (50 mL) vinegar
2 lbs. (.91 kg) chicken pieces, OR
4 pork chops OR
3 lbs. (1.36 kg) par-boiled spare ribs
In a small bowl, combine soup mix, honey and vinegar. Place meat in a shallow baking dish and pour sauce mixture over and around.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. (180 c) for 1 hour. Mix sauce to combine well with pan juices and spoon over meat on serving platter.
